The Casso, Raleigh, A Tribute Portfolio Hotel

The hotel's unique decor and attentive staff made for a good stay. I especially enjoyed chatting with the bartender while watching the Paris Olympics.

gorgeous hotel, the staff were all supper friendly and affable and the location was marvellous near the center. the food was good - a lot of options. the private parking was on-site, exceptional service. the facilities were pretty nice and easy to use.

Everything was simply wonderful. We ate at a good restaurant for lunch and dinner. The location of the hotel was perfect and magnificent - relatively near Marbles Kids Museum.

The vibrant atmosphere and friendly staff made for a nice time, though the room was surprisingly noisy at night. It’s a beautiful spot with great decor and convenient access to delicious nearby dining options. Just be ready for the hustle and bustle outside!

great stay but noise could improve

The staff provided really good service. The queen room was clean, and the beds were quite comfortable. I particularly loved the city view from our window, which enhanced our overall experience.

Everything was wonderful at tribute portfolio! The view was excellent, and the staff were friendly and kind. The restaurant staff made my daughter's birthday so special with their really good hospitality. The location was perfect, within walking distance to many great restaurants.

It was just a balanced option for a transient stop in Raleigh with fantastic value for money. The parking was reasonable considering the location. Don't expect any frills if you need a good night's sleep.

The room was very comfortable with a cozy corner. The staff was friendly and offered excellent service throughout our stay. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast in a nice dining atmosphere, made our mornings even better.

great base for strolling to parks and museums

I loved how close this place was to the north carolina museum of natural sciences and the beautiful pullen park. The service was also friendly and the bar area was the perfect spot to relax after a day of walking around the city.

Comfortable beds for a restful sleep.

The noise from the hallway made it hard to sleep well. The room was shabbier than expected for the price. I noticed issues like a finicky toilet and broken curtains. Garbage wasn't emptied from the previous guests, disappointing.

Staff were super nice and helpful! The fitness center was great for my workout. My Queen Room had all the essentials, including a tv, coffee machine, and a safety deposit box. Also enjoyed the spacious bathroom with free toiletries and nice shower. The restaurant had really good food, definitely worth trying!
